Privacy Policy
RideMind AI is provided by Metehan EYICALIS. Privacy questions and data requests can be sent to metehan.eyicalis@gmail.com.
Scope
RideMind AI is a motorcycle ride coach and analysis app. It records and analyzes motorcycle rides, shows route history, calculates ride metrics, provides riding-coach style feedback, and offers optional emergency card and export features.
This policy explains what information may be processed when you use the app.
Data We May Process

- Optional emergency card information entered by the user, such as name, blood type, allergies, medical notes, emergency contact, emergency contact phone number, and motorcycle information.
- Subscription or purchase status when App Store or Google Play purchases are enabled.
Emergency card fields are optional. You may leave them blank, update them, or delete them.

- Estimate ride events and generate Ride Score.
- Show ride history and post-ride analysis.
- Create export files at the user's request.

Safety and Emergency Notice
GPS and sensor analysis is informational. RideMind AI does not guarantee real-world safety, prevent crashes, replace rider judgment, or replace professional telemetry equipment.
The emergency card is informational only. It is not an emergency response service, crash detection service, medical service, or rescue service. For Turkey, call 112 in an emergency. In other countries, contact the local emergency number.
RideMind AI does not guarantee that emergency information will reach another person, that the recipient will see it, that location will be accurate, or that assistance will be provided.
Local Storage
In the MVP version, ride records, emergency card information, user preferences, and app settings are primarily stored locally on the user's device.
Deleting the app, resetting the device, losing the device, or restoring from a backup may affect access to locally stored data.
Sharing and Export
The user controls export, sharing, and emergency message actions. If you choose to export or share data, the app may generate JSON, CSV, text summaries, location links, emergency card information, or similar content.
After you share exported content with another app or service, that third party's privacy policy and terms apply.
Location and Motion Sensors
RideMind AI uses location to record route, speed, distance, duration, start and end point, and ride history.
RideMind AI uses motion sensors to estimate riding dynamics such as braking, acceleration, and cornering. Sensor accuracy may vary depending on phone placement, device model, road conditions, and operating system behavior.
Subscriptions and Purchases
When Pro or subscription features are enabled, purchases, renewals, cancellations, billing, and refunds are handled by the App Store or Google Play. RideMind AI uses store-provided purchase status to enable or disable app features.
User Choices
- Delete ride history inside the app.
- Update or delete emergency card information.
- Export supported ride data.
- Manage location, motion, and notification permissions through operating system settings.
- Contact the app owner for privacy questions or requests.
Disabling permissions may cause some features to work partially or not at all.
Changes
This policy may be updated as the app evolves. Material changes should be reflected in the app and on this public privacy policy page.
